All staff very helpful and courteous. A few minor repairs dealt with very promptly after mentioning them. A couple of information requests a little slow coming back, and not seen an inventory and statement of condition 2 weeks after signing tenancy agreement. Otherwise satisfactory and feel confident of ongoing help and advise as required.

Very good service. The staff worked very hard to find a n new tenant when the one set up pulled out at the last minute. They kept me informed all the time which put my mind at rest.

We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and we had good communication between them and the owner of the property - on the whole a good experience, however I find the administration fees a little high for the amount of work that is involved!!

I have been very satisfied with the service I have had & would recommend jsm.
