Thank goodness I have used Leaders at Felixstowe for several years and have been very happy with their service to me as a Landlord. After the experience my daughter and I have received over the last 3 months by Leaders in Cambridge I am questioning whether I wish to support the company in the future. The Cambridge office have been totally unprofessional, inefficient and happy to let my daughter sleep on a bed for a week knowing environment were needed to investigate and eradicate bed bugs! Cleaning was never done with mould in bathrooms in huge proportion promised to be dealt with and never done so, tap not working, oven not working and so the list goes on and on- APALLING!! I hasten to add the Landlord is also horrified! Leaders in head office don't seem to be concerned either- Totally Shocked by their attitude as supposedly professionals

The Felixstowe letting office has been letting my houses for many years. I am very happy with the well managed, efficient, polite and knowledgeable service I receive. The staff organisation is excellent, new staff quickly slot in by reaching the high levels of service provided by longer serving staff. I recommend this office with confidence to other landlords and prospective tenants.

Leaders seem to be a very good agent. Just a shame you cannot get in contact with the landlord, when needed. other than this we are very satisfied with you as the agent for the property we rent.

Very friendly from the outset, I viewed another property via another agent who didn't even introduce herself. Completely different with Leaders, especially Becky who was most helpful, she even picked up on my enthusiasm and laughed along with me. I have rated your service excellent overall because I think it is. My only reservations are the dispute procedure over the deposit. I have submitted my comments to you along with photos but I would like to know what Leaders assessment at the end of the tenancy was and also whether or not their opinion was submitted to the dispute service. We like to think we are fair and reasonable landlords, but wonder whether or not Leaders agree. Feedback would be helpful as would details of the inventory you take at the start of the new tenancy, along with any photos. As I have said though, overall an excellent service.
