I have received a wonderful service from the company. We relocated from Malta and the whole process of renting in the UK at a distance was smooth. All of our queries were dealt with promptly and efficiently.

The office was very helpful and friendly, especially Karl. The property was described to a point. I was a bit disappointed to find that bedroom 3 did not have a power point or window that will open. It is nothing more than a store. Next time the ad should mention 2 bedroom with a box room. The property was tired and needed a paint job to freshen. I was forced to do this. The windows had no treatments so we were again forced to buy blinds. I was not expecting this. I admit we were unable to view the property so partly our fault. It was the circumstance. The property needed repairs to a list that was mostly taken care of. Everything now should be fine once the new window is fitted in the kitchen. I am surprised that the agent did not recommend the landlord make these improvements before we moved in a found things damaged or not working. Something to think about! The staff on the whole have been friendly and we hope all is well from here on. Nearly settled again!
