Very friendly and helpful staff getting lots of footfall over the doorstep kept persevering even tho a few setbacks. Would certainly recommend the Sales team at Felixstowe. Once everything was going thro could have done with a bit more contact as to how things were moving along this was dealt with at another office not in Felixstowe.
