Great service - usually get great tenants, always get good advice.

I bought a number of properties in March 2013. Managed at that time by JSM Property, subsequently becoming part of Leaders, I negotiated with them to continue looking after my new portfolio. I have never, ever, regretted this decision. Leaders, in particular Joss and Carl, have always looked after my affairs with the utmost professionalism. Any issues are brought to my attention quickly and efficiently and are dealt with in a timely manner. I do own other properties around the country, and in my experience the service I get from Joss is both exemplary and above the norm

The Leaders rental team in Felixstowe always provide an excellent service. They have recently let a property for us that required them to find many prospective tenants, refine the rental agreements for our needs and work around refurbishment work we were having completed.
