Selwyn was professional and helpful throughout the process of agreeing a tenancy with a private landlord. He was punctual to the two viewings we booked, accommodating with regard to us sending our documentation over (i.e. electronically where possible), and quick to respond to e-mails.

Leaders always find first rate tenants and they seem to have done so again this time. The process was smooth and timely, any questions were dealt with easily by email. This time round their initial valuation for rent was unrealistically low, so it's worth sense checking this against other available flats. However they moved forward with the rent set at the level we wanted and quickly found tenants.
