Leaders have been prompt and efficient in dealing with any issues we have encountered, we are very happy with their property management.

We have met and dealt with just one agent. Selwyn has been extremely helpful from the first minute. Amazingly flexible and adjusting to our timetable from day 1, always in touch whether in the morning (sometimes very early - and coming to the office early dragged from bed by our timetable), late evening or weekends. In case of queries he always came back with an answer. Absolutely brilliant communication as for a while had to navigate between ours, landlords and old tenants needs and managed to keep everyone happy. My first experience with agencies but I doubt I'll take my business anywhere else after this. Great job and a very happy customer!

It was realy good customer service every one was polite and helpful everytime I call I needed the help the agent was available anytime we've been renting previously through Leaders and am very happy that we could make another deal with them as I was looking for long time for a property to rent I haven't found that much help true and other agencies.
