Everything up to move in was absolutely outstanding - really quick responses to a lot of questions we asked, really felt like Leaders were interested in making our move in as easy as possible. Overall experience has been extremely positive. The only negative has been that several things we had asked to be fixed before move-in (and somethings which we didn't know weren't working before we moved in, like certain lightbulbs) weren't working when we moved in. When we raised these issues we were made to feel like we were making a fuss, when in reality it should be a basic expectation that things are in working order! Overall though, extremely positive impression.
