Leader's have provided a good service. I haven't had many reasons to contact them but any problems are addressed appropriately.

Leaders provided excellent service helping me secure my new flat. They were prompt and very professional in their replies, addressed all my concerns and the entire process, starting from the reference/background checks to signing the contract could not have been smoother or more efficient. The only reason why I'm not giving a five star rating are the comparatively high agency fees, otherwise I'd fully recommend them as an estate agent.

Generally very professional, helpful and good service from the team, in particular the property manager. Very nice to deal with. On some occasions I have needed to chase on issues , or ask for more information than that provided in order for me to make straightforward maintenance decisions. If this happens often in a short period of time, it can be frustrating.

Leaders Forest Hill have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Dean was extremely responsive, helpful and accommodating, even coming into the office early one day to fit around my schedule. I can't recommend Leaders Forest Hill highly enough.
