Other than rent, fee collection and payment transfer to my account which have all been performed very efficiently. - Leaders have assisted in the installation of a hallway carpet using their contractors, this went extremely well and has lifted the overall rating from what would have been a below average score. - BUT on the downside, the property visit was a bit of a shambles with the inspector unable to find the fitted carbon monoxide alarm located next to the smoke alarm! And seem to suggest the requirement for a shower cubicle because a mixer tap is installed. Lydia was extremely patient and good at finalising the issue, but I suggest a lesson could be learned by the inspector conducting the review perhaps taking a copy of the itinerary and property history/knowledge with them.

Selwyn was the best person you can work with, he was helping us from the first call to the office bracnh in Forest Hill. He replied all the emails, even during weekends. I just wish to Selwyn all the best and I hope to work with him one day when we will do the step to buy a property.
