Leaders were exceptionally helpful and professional. I was particularly impressed at how they worked late to organise things quickly, were very responsive and managed to have all admin arrangements possible to complete online. They made the whole process easy and smooth, which was really appreciated. I thought the extra steps they took for the landlord (eg insisting on certain insurance) and for me as a tenant (eg the utilities pack and renting guide) were also very good.
