Dear Leaders Firstly myself and my partner Aly must illustrate how excellent Billy Bragham was during our moving in process. His professional acumen was above and beyond. He clearly cares about his clients and goes the extra miles even when there are difficulties that he might not be accountable for. To be clear, any criticism regarding the service is entirely absent from the performance Billy extended our way. He was truly excellent. We hit a few bumps in the road which lead to a certain amount of inconvenience during the changeover period into our new flat. This was mostly due to the fact that the last tenants obviously did not live upto their end of the agreement when parting the property. Therefore we were labored to have to 'move out' most of their bulky waste and possessions which doubled the workload for us, considering this is a top floor flat also, this unfortunately should have been sorted by Leaders. Needless to say we had to also pay for the broken mattresses/sofas and beyond to be taken away. Similarly the flat was not professionally cleaned to a degree that anyone would have found agreeable. This meant the cleaning company had to come back and work among our own furnishings and in essence give it their best shot from there. After they returned it was a good clean and I think the company settled the situation very well. However, these things should have been sorted in timely fashion before we moved in. If we are to be charged sizable agency fee's then we expect the basics to be done without fail. With those things said, the efficiency from an administrational point of view was on-point and again something Billy lead. Likewise, when dealing with any of the other staff at the Forest Hill branch the business acumen was professional and very pleasant. Overall I would recommend you guys to others but felt it right to draw attention to one or two factors that ultimately did not make our business flawless. But otherwise I would say Great Job! Thanks Sam and Aly.

After unsuccessfully viewing several flats with other agents, we approached Leaders. Billy quickly provided us with options that fitted our needs. He was patient with our decision and did his best to accommodate our requests. He also made himself available during the whole process, quickly replying to emails and finding solutions to best suit our needs.
