Leaders has done great for me over the years, there have been occasional hiccups, but they have been swift to fix them. A great management agency overall.

From the time we viewed the property and decided we would like to rent, to the day we picked up the keys everything went very smoothly. We were well informed of what was going on with the defects. Credit has to go to Leaders and their communication with the landlord as whole of the property was well presented at time of move in beyond our expectations, i.e kitchen Lino replaced even new bedroom carpet replaced when only a threshold would have been ok. A quick response from landlord via Leaders with our request to fit our own child safety locks on windows. All in all a good, positive start to our time at Yewside
