So far so good. Nothing much has happended so difficult to judge how Leaders will response to problems. I have not yet seen any final utility statements and closed out these accounts - which is becoming a bit of a concern!!

Generally good service, but occasionally overlook things, and requests sometimes not followed up. Significant staff turnover doesn't help.

Professional and friendly. The person who showed me the house was easy to get along with and unlike many letting agencies, remained friendly after we signed the lease. No problems so far. My only issue is with the high fees, but this is common to many agencies.

As soon as my property was ready to let, it was marketed immediately, with me receiving honest and reliable information and suitable tenants were found....since then the team in Guildford have provided a polite, effecient and friendly service, I cannot rate the service highly enough!
