I have been almost satisfied with the Guildford Leaders service, for renting a flat.

I was very happy with Leaders in all of the necessary arrangements in setting up the rental. The few enquiries that I have had since occupying the property have been dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Good service with very responsive team on all issues. Missing star is due to constantly feeling like I need to keep buying extra services e.g. Rent Protection, Emergency Service etc. Leaders already receive a good commission from me for looking after my property so not sure why these can't be included in their initial offering rather than being expensive (profit reducing) extras.

Hello, I have been in my new rented accommodation now for nearly 3 months and everything is going well. I have had contact with the property management team over a couple of things and they have replied to me once hearing from the Landlord. I am very happy in my home.
