I have been very happy with the service provided by Leaders - Guildford. They are friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable

We have had no major problems during the rental agreement. we were slightly annoyed at the lack of communication when our landlord passed away having to find out from a different estate agent was not overly professional. Your response to our requests have been adequate and timely, however sometimes these communications have been very blunt and not very customer friendly this could be improved. On the whole we have been happy I have been pleased with certain individuals such as Ged he has also been polite and helpful when dealing with viewings.

New Tenant found promptly and 17 hour turn around achieved - thats less than 24 hours!

We have rented 2 places from Leaders over the last 2 years and both have been a very good experience. They are always eager to help put any problems right and are punctual with their promises. No problems with the return of deposit either. Excellent service compared to most "money grabbing" estate agents.

Solid competent service, friendly and accessible. Took the gestation period of an elephant to exchange but that was probably down to the buyer.
