Good service on the whole although sometimes a bit slow to respond and explain the various charges and procedures.

We have a good personal interface with our contact at Leaders. The solutions to problems are always rapidly fixed and reported by email. A difficult outstanding problem associated with a neighbouring property is being worked on and we hope for a positive outcome.
