Leaders sold me an investment flat and manages the rental. The purchase was a rush to beat the stamp duty deadline but Robert, the agent, was on top of the solicitors to move the process along in a timely fashion. They found the tenant quickly and so far the running of it has been smooth and efficient.

I strongly recommend Leaders in Gunwarf. We called in whilst out shopping in the area and were shown a number of apartments available to view. We returned a few days later and we're shown around two apartments by a gentleman called Simon. We found him to be very polite and most helpful.
