I have always been pleasantly with the way Leaders (formally Waterside Properties) have managed the letting of my apartment. Great tenants and no messy arrangements. The outgoings are clearly stated as is the rent passing to my bank account.

Last month i got a phone call fasking me to pay my rent cause the landlord has been asking about it while my rent has been paid in full amount for 6 months before the deadline by 1 month i showed the office the receipts for my payments to prove i paid my rent while it was paid in the office cash .

I would say that when I was with Waterside it was very personal & I always knew I would have Alex dealing with my Flat. Knowing Alex is still there is very reassuring.

Excellent service from day 1. Seven years later it still is. Staff: professional, skilful, efficient, polite, honest and caring. Any issues were immediately dealt with, I have no complaints whatsoever. Well done to you all, great team!!!
