Excellent at finding tenants and dealing with the financial side of things. Rent always paid promptly and detailed invoices are given, so it's nice and easy to keep my own financial records. My only gripe is the occasional breakdowns in communication, which cause delays with problems being rectified. Email confirmations that my requests have been read and carried out would help enormously, so that I don't have to chase things up later.

Happy with the service fast and secure.

The service received by Leaders has been very good. We have had a few small problems since moving in but there has only been 1 occasion that we had to follow up as it had not been reported up the chain. Apart from this the service has been first class

I was worried that the personal touch might be lost when you took over from Homesearch. However, service has continued to be excellent. I still liaise with specific members of your team. That way continuity and knowledge is maintained and everybody knows what is going on..

Apart from a few "blips" with various issues,which were sorted fairly quickly I,ve been satisfied . I still have had no feedback about the toilet seats or the recent discovery of a problem with the ridge tiles on the roof . ( Which I think requires some urgent assessment) .I am very happy here & will be seeking to extend my tenancy .
