I was really happy with the positive and encouraging attitude from Sarah, Ingrid and Katie and was particularly impressed with Sarahs high efforts she put in to getting us into the property. The referencing was difficult with my fiance working in the forces as it was hard to actually get references that were in the country and able to take the time to do one, but the team at leaders helped to push them and were always willing to update me when i asked for info. The ladies were kind and calming when i was stressing out and seemed to go to every length to ensure we had the most stress free experience which helped as i am currently pregnant so dont deal eith the stress too well. They were just as good when I chose to sell through them - professional at all times yet very approachable and friendly. The photos on the property details were the best I have ever seen.
