The services are normal, I've been whaiting for somebody to come and close our chimney for about 2-3 months and I recived answers like "the chimney is just a decoration" "to prevent the smoke and... etc." Those are are the only things that I don't like, to wait for a minor issue. But the house is excellent. And I like that you always help us with the paper work.

Overall a friendly and professional service. Our property was marketed well and achieved a good level of interest very quickly.

Hi Sarah We are in a short stay let at the moment in Crawley as we had difficulty finding somewhere locally that allowed pets! Thank you for all your help, I know we haven't been able to rent through you, but you have been attentive and really listened to our needs and I would definitely recommend you to other people. You called me back when you said you would and have messaged me about several properties, its just a shame we wasn't able to act sooner as we just missed out on 3 suitable places. Our house is progressing well, the survey was done on Friday, so I think the short let might be ok for us and we will no longer need to rent.
