We have used Leaders for quite a few years The properties have always been let in a very Professional manner. The quality of the tenants have been satisfactory and the level of rent correct in the current market. Issues of maintenance / renovation will always arise and Leaders have always handled these without disruption for the tenant or hassle for me.

Overall a great company, nice people however a very lengthy process and overcomplicated process to move into a property. Difficult to provide required documents etc when you are not currently living in the UK and moving from abroad. London area tends to be international perhaps adapt your processes to reflect that.
