I have used Leaders for a number of years and recently asked them to find a Tenant for my flat. All went smoothly and have confidence in them as a firm able to handle the letting and dealing with any unforeseen problems. A cousin very recently moved to USA and let their house at only to now discover rogue Tenants and a real major hassle (not through Leaders)- so renting can be a nightmare however using an experienced team like Leaders does give extra peace of mind.
