Lauren was very proactive and provided an excellent service. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Leaders were great and found the perfect tenants for us. They have been generally very efficient and provided value for money. Their property management service has been good for simple maintenance issues, but anything more complex than a simple handyman fix has needed the input of my time and effort to resolve.

staff all professional, polite & helpful. Would have got 5 stars if a To let Ad board was put up on our property. A months notice was given & it was empty for another 4 weeks - despite many phone calls a board was never put up. Overall very good service.

Leaders are efficient and do the job well, generally I have no quibbles though changes of staff in branch can be annoying when one has been with the branch for years. The Rent guarantee scheme is good and I have only had to use it once but it saves a lot of aggro.

Everything went very smoothly. Moved in a week after viewing. Lots of paperwork, but all done on-line so not a big hassle. Never felt under pressure to make a decision, and after service has been extreamely good — when I asked to change the lock because it was a bit difficult to get the key in, they got it done on the same day. Very pleased,

All thé staff in Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill are very helpful. They did their best to keep me informed as to what was happening throughout the letting process.
