Leaders have been so pleasant to deal with. I haven't rented in a while and all the staff there were happy to help and patient when I asked questions. They have responded very quickly to some maintenance issues we discovered upon moving in and best of all, the staff are always so friendly and polite when you speak to them.

Efficient Haywards Heath staff. All went smoothly. Helpful with documents etc. My only complaint was the first statement I received was sent to the address I was letting out. This was rectified and now I receive them at my new home.

No real issues regarding managing the properties. I was rather surprised that we were being charged 12.5% fees when simply shopping around the going rate in Haywards Heath was 8%. That was disappointing as these properties have been rented out circa 1997/8. However Alex was very open to reducing the management fees which he did promptly. Communication has been ok although the monthly statements were essentially clear but again Alex is on the case for this.

Leaders have been good managers on the whole, just wish the quality of renters were as good. Rather too many short term lets or not so good tenants. Charges rather excessive but service has been satisfactory.
