It would have been helpful if someone had phoned to explain how the Docusign process worked and also we both kept getting requests to sign the documents even though this had been done and the tenant had moved in; we had to phone twice to get the emails to stop coming

The lettings service has always been Leaders strong point. The maintenance service has improved a lot in recent years - much more responsive. The accounts side has also improved but I find the changeover from one tenancy to another remains a clumsy process - once again the commission deducted in advance on the old tenancy was only refunded when I chased it up.

Overall is OK - Leaders do the basic tasks required, and are good with providing quotes and getting work done, inspections are done regularly. E-mails always get a prompt and helpful reply (well done Sarah) Our only real problem is if anything goes wrong - like when the tenant had a bank problem and a week after the due date the rent had not been paid. Leaders did not pick up on what must be a VERY common problem. WE had to chase them. Also we feel that there are too many offices involved with our let - and sometimes Leader´s right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing - we were recently sent a totally nonsensical statement by one office that the others did not pick up - again we had to chase Leaders to get it sorted.
