The current employees are friendly . I do worry that the landlord isn't quick to reply to queries or to give permission for things to be done. It would be a good idea for landlords to try living in the place themselves for a few weeks, and try to make the place homely for tenants. Then when tenants leave, let them make suggestions as to what is needed in the place, eg shelves. Also it would be very useful to have a folder with user friendly info about how the boiler etc works, and local info, in it. Have more rapport with the tenant, be more caring.

The new sign on line I have found more than a little difficult. (ITS AN AGE THING) The downloading of another app. if thats the correct term for automatic signing is a little out of my comfort zone and it did not work we had to call in ( quite happilly ) to our local branch to complete contract reneuel. We would like to keep that way of renuel
