While expensive, the service provided by Leaders far exceeds our previous letting agent. Responsiveness to maintenance needs and use of digital signing made the process easy and fast. About as painless as letting gets.

Some services that used to be provided free of charge by QB Management are now charged for- in particular providing an annual statement for tax purposes. Annoying to have to pay extra for that.
