Fast response to queries. Paperwork and processes all very clear, with lots of aspects done easily online. Day to day property management is responsive and the calibre of tradespeople used for maintenance and work is high. Staff always good natured and eager to assist. Very content.

I have found I have had to chase up certain issues during new tenancy agreements this has resulted in errors on my statements and late payments from the tenants, I should'nt need to do this as I pay a premium to Leaders for them to ensure everything runs smoothly

Always very prompt to respond to any correspondence and if issues have arisen then they have been dealt with really quickly.
