Quick turnaround of tenants, good service, but thought the previous tenants libabilty against damage to the kitchen Worktops was not fully taken into account as this was neglect of the property, and felt the compensation offered was minimal to the amount we had to payout in replacing them.

The usual efficient friendly service yet again!

The management company takes care of the property very well. When I moved in, there were a few problems with the flat which I reported to them, and they had all fixed promptly. Lighting in the living room remained problematic, but every time they went wrong they were all fixed up promptly. If anyone is looking for a furnished flat that is well looked-after, then this is it.

The process of mving into the house, signing all the required documents etc. was very smooth. Some initial concerns about the state of repair of the property were answered very promptly and any necessary repairs were done swiftly, sometimes within an hour of requesting it. The staff in the branch is very helpful ans accomodating, but sometimes we had to send too many reminders and communication about thhe status of a request could be better.
