On the whole normally happy with your service

On the whole we are satisfied with what you do but have to say that I was a litle surprised and perplexed that, not the most recent person who came to inspect the property but another one, met me in the drive as I was coming home and went into the flat to do the inspection and I had only been in the house for two or three minutes when that person left having finished the inspection. Certainly the faulty cooker door was missed. Thank you anyway!

I was impressed to receive a full copy of the report the last time the agent came to conduct an inspection of the property.

We've generally been happy with the agency. The start wasn't the best one as I was given wrong information about school catchment areas and when I checked with the school and council and then informed the agency I was told they (council) were wrong! This is really bad as if I had believed her, I could have ended up with a house that wasn't in the right catchment area! The fact that the property is very close to the school doesn't mean that it's in its catchment area. There is a very detailed complected map that shows this. The agency should either have it to help customers or say that they don't know and advise them to contact the council. The same lady also didn't have up to date information about the property regarding work that would be done to the house between the tenancies. However, luckily the tenant at the time was able to tell us. After this the things been very smooth. We needed our contract quickly so that we could start school application process and the lady we dealt with was very helpful and organised everything for us quickly. We really appreciated this. We've been slightly unfortunate with the house as there has been quite a few teething problems since we moved in. However, they've been dealt with quickly and everyone has been very friendly. There is still one standing issue that hasn't been solved (this was reported before Christmas) but we are hoping that this also will be done soon. All in all we've been happy, thank you.

We have used Leaders (previously QB Management) for many years and have always experienced first class and effecient service. The recent let continued the pattern.

They were effective and helpful. We could do everything online which helped given that we were abroad. The homes I visited were all clean and well looked after.
