The service from QB has always been excellent but I am afraid that the documentation we are now receiving is not to the same standard. The Inspection report does not contain the history and the Monthly Statement is far more complicated than it needs to be

Thought that the new report on the routine inspections was a good idea. Is it not clear how the agency follows up issues they identify that the landlord may need to rectify. Other than that, and being informed the need to change the bank account into which we pay rent, there has been no change from QB Property Management, who have always had very helpful staff.
