I think the service is good in general but it's easiest if I list the positives and negatives: Positives: * - Proactive. I'm informed of issues with the property in a timely manner * - Friendly staff * - Tenants found quickly Negatives: * - Some requests for quotations are never received. * - Some of the work by handymen is not of a good quality.
