Now Leaders has established a Hedge End Branch for landlords property in the area it is easiers to deal with people who know the area. During the re-letting of my property David Sibly and his associate looked after the letting process in a professional manner and kept me fully informed at all times, which is more then I can say for other branchs who look after property maintenance etc., who are appear disorganised and badly managed. It is unfortunate that Hedge End cannot also look after property maintenance, like a 'On-Stop Shop' for landlords. As a landlord these other branches do not fill you with confidence. Iwould sight two incidences: 1) Southampton Office paid the Council Tax on my behalf for the period the property was unoccupied to the wrong Local Authority, they paid it to Southampton instead of Eastleigh, which resulted in Eastleigh issuing a summons for none-payment? Sure Leaders eventually sorted it out but this kind of simple mistake should not happen? 2) My property is fully maintained by Leaders and yet when there is maintenance required (emergency or otherwise) I always get the message 'How do you want us to preceed' or 'Can I have your Instruction', Leaders have written permission to act on my behalf???? I am very happy with the performance of Hedge End, but time will tell as this is my first dealings with them, but the rest of your offices do not fill me with any confidence.
