Overall all is good. But have been with you NOT for a few months as per email more like 15 years!! So some feedback on a couple of things. 1) I think you should have some discounting after a landlord has been with you for so long. 2) I get too many emails from too many different departments. I prefer one contact and David has on the whole been great dealing my rants and needs. 3) I think it would be good if the agency explained to tenants that even if "Just renting" they still have some responsibilities to maintain the property and small things EG Scaling on taps can be cleaned easily. Overall I am pleased but love something on point 1

Just wanted to say that leaders hedge end are fantastic! The whole team are extremely friendly especially David Sibley, me and my wife honestly can't thank him enough for what he has done for us. I would recommend leaders to anyone wishing to rent or buy. David went above and beyond for us and we are truly great full for all of the help and guidance we received. Thank you leaders and David.

The service from the Team in Hedge End has been amazing. They are so quick to respond to queries and requests and always with a happy face. They were very kind and supportive in the days leading up to moving house and I like that they support the local community.

The Hedge End branch provides us with excellent support for our property rentals. The quality of tenants is the most important thing for us and we have never been disappointed with the tenants that have been introduced. Leaders also check regularly with us to see whether we need any additional help and to offer us their other services and advice.

We are very pleased with the property and the service we have from you the only thing we are concerned about when the plumber came and put the pump in for shower it is a very noisy and he had a problem with a leak that came through ceiling the leak was sorted but not the decoration of ceiling.

We regularly use the letting service from Leaders at Hedge End since moving across from Beales. They have always found us first class tenants and all dealings with them have been professional and friendly. A great team led extremely well by the Branch Manager David Sibley.
