Excellent service! First time tenancy through an agent, the process was clear and straight forward. The online referencing agency was efficient in assisting with the problems encountered and we were kept informed by email of the items outstanding. The property is as described in the property particulars and the inventory was accurate and without bias. We are very happy with our tenancy arrangement and with the property. A small issue with plumbing was rectified quickly and without issue.

The service we recieved was responsive, however we had to chase communication between leaders and landlord as a mobile number was not passed on to us . A clause on the contract was not correct and needed amending also the deposit amount on the deposit certificate was not correct when sent out to us . All of the above were amended quickly by Leaders however added to the stress of moving at the time . We have settle into the property and are very happy in it . Thankyou
