The process of viewing and sorting our contract has been very efficient and organised. The property maintenance has been satisfactory. The correspondence has been very poor in regards to updates on when things will be sorted and getting delayed or sometimes no response. I seem to get responses when I send emails twice. We are still waiting for a new oven and fence with no update on when. I understand these things take time and staff go on leave but communication would be appreciated.
