A very friendly and approachable team lead by a very enthusiastic branch manager. We were given very good and relevant advice on properties to purchase from the very first meeting. Once we had purchased the properties we asked for and were given advice on how best to present them i.e. areas such as painting double glazing etc. Our two properties with Leaders were both let within a matter of days and we were fully informed all the time. This is a vast difference to one of our other properties with another agent that has been empty for months with no advice on how to remedy. We would like more flexibility on the management fees for multiple properties and would then consider moving the others across. The system for the online contracts appears unnecessarily cumbersome.

I was worried I was not going to be able to purchase the property style I wanted as other estate agents had told me they were being snapped up by landlords to rent out, when I visited Leaders and was shown a property I liked, visited it that day, made an offer the next day which was accepted and I moved in 3 months later, all went well, and I am really pleased with my new home, the service was great and all my calls were returned and I was keep up to date with progress of sale.
