excellent friendly service,but a little pricey

Really brilliant service. Leaders gave us so much advice and were always there at the end of the phone whenever we had a question. As first time landlords they helped the whole process go very smoothly.

Very pleasant contact. Documentation was well prepared. Inventory well done. Having lived in other EU countries, I would suggesting accompaning the renters when handing keys, and walk through the house using the Invntory as a guide.

I was extremely happy with the service, where l was kept up to date going through the vetting process, where l was alerted straight away on any difficulties. Its good to praise excellent service and that is what l got.

When we decided to let out our house we were at first nervous as this was new to us, but everything was handled very efficiently by Leaders at Hedge End which made it easy for us, we took out the full managed service so we can leave everything in their hands, Thank You David & Sam
