I dealt with Chloe McAteer (I hope I have got her name right) in your Horsham office who was very helpful and professional. I left my husband and didn't want him to know where I was going and she respected my confidentiality and dealt with everything in a sensitive way. Sadly, the company you use to deal with the utilities and services sent a letter to my marital home and if I hadn't been able to intercept it, it could have made things very difficult.
