Always a professional approach

The process of having to find a suitable house to rent is never easy, and some of the people who I had to deal with during this period were frankly rude and nasty. Leaders on the the other hand were incredible. Not only did they go out of their way to provide me with the access to the property we were interested in, but they did so with a smile and grace that is sadly missing from to many service providers. The actual process of securing the lease was very simple. The online system that Leaders use is intuitive and efficient. No having to go in and out of town to sign documents or bring in a document, all is done from the comfort of your laptop. In particular I would like to single out Alex from the Horsham branch, I hear she has now been transferred to another branch, for her top notch interpersonal skills. Young lady you are a credit to your profession. Would most certainly use Leaders again.
