A very simple process for me as all the work was done quickly and professionally by Leaders team. I was kept informed at every stage and never felt anything less than absolute confidence in the team.

Overall we were quite impressed with the service we received from Leaders, everything leading up to our moving date gave the impression they were an organised professional company. The only issue we have had so far was with informing the council and water company of our change of address, Leaders assured us they would do this for us, but they didn't so we ended up having to pay a large sum of money all at once to both the council and water company because we'd missed a couple of months payments. We have had a couple of things break/go wrong and so far they have been rectified promptly by Leaders.

Leaders have always carried out an excellent service over the 20+ years that I have instructed them to find quality tenants for my properties. They have never let me down. You only have to watch the TV these days to see what a minefield Letting can be if you go it alone. A reputable Agent is an absolute must and Leaders fall into that category 100%

I enjoy the full management service with the Horsham office, also with Chichester and Emsworth. It takes the worry away but still with the ability to be hands-on if wanted.
