You only have to watch the TV these days to see what a minefield Letting can be if you go it alone. A reputable Agent is an absolute must and Leaders fall into that category 100%

I have had good and bad experiences over the 27 years I have been with Leaders. (I must be one of your oldest / longest clients !!) I would say that the present experience is a good one.

When starting up our tenancy leaders were really helpful, helping us because we are 3 sharers in the property and willing to show us around the flat once again when we needed to see more. The only problem I find is communication between staff in the business as well as the landlord and the tenant is very minimal. I felt like I was always the one chasing for our response and no one had an answer. We are still waiting for our issue to be resolved after 3 weeks moving in the property as we are still awaiting keys but hopefully this will be resolved asap.
