Excellent professional service. Always helpful and polite and able to answer any rather obvious questions that being a landlord I should know already. Very patient and manage to get to the bottom of things.

Over the last many years Leaders have generally found good tenants, judged by the way they respected both the property and their neighbours. On those occasions when difficulties arose you were able to find replacements of the right calibre. So, thanks for providing a very good service.

Firstly, there is always a very nice welcome when visiting the office. Whenever I have asked for anything to be done, it is sorted. Team very informative in telling us what's going on.

Recently when I have been promised an email update I have had to phone the office to find out what has happened but on the whole I am very satisfied with the service.
