Very good estate agent, reliable, helpful and competent

Everyone we spoke to gave us the information we needed. The house we have rented is fantastic, and have a lovely landlady. A few minor issues we had were resolved very quickly.

Leaders have been Fully managing my property in Horsham for over 8 year. I have not had a issues with the branch in Horsham and Leaders team are friendly and responsive. I aim to continue, however, am review my current costs.

Expected more communication prior to collecting keys,I was the one phoning for updates.had to do inventory check myself with no one else present.

I would like to see a little more verbal contact with previous landlords, and referees, both professional and character wise when you check potential tenants for landlords. We had to obtain a character reference for Gerard Murphy, which was ok but Leaders hadn't done it, so....

I find Leaders to be helpful and courteous at all times and to date have had no problems with them at all.
