Leaders responded quickly to our need for a property. We were able to move in from viewing the property to entering the property in just one week! We found the agency fees to be particularly high considering the service of the team in answering our questions was below adequate. We were not told some things which were actually very simple to answer and it took two weeks of phone calls to be told that the person we had been speaking to was not who we were suppose to be speaking to! Without the organisation of myself and my housemate, it could have been a much bumpier ride. Property however is very nice and reasonable pricing for Brighton.
