Reliable and professional

Leaders ensured I was moved in and settled without a hitch. The staff are friendly and helpful.

We found Leaders to be very efficient, professional and helpful, especially with time being a huge factor. There was an awful lot of information and form filling required (quite stressful with compability issues and having to find the historical information required) and despite putting on our reference forms that we were smokers, we were only informed on the day of signing contracts that it was a none smoking property, which may have influenced our decision if we had been advised sooner (and apparently all of Leaders properties are, however we can not find this on the website). The property was advertised as 'no pets/dss' but no mention of smoking. However, this hasn't turned out to be as big an issue as it has encouraged us to smoke less as we need to go outside. On the whole though, dealing with Leaders staff was a pleasant experience and Kate and her colleagues were friendly, courteous and efficient and on hand for any queries we had with regard to completing all the paperwork/online submissions.

Leaders agency has very friendly and helpful agents. In addition, they deal with tenants in a credible manner providing them with all tenancy conditions in advance. I recommend them. However, they charge with high agency fees.

I'm quite pleased with the service and the way things are dealt with. I had to chase up the agent a few times just to get updates on my contract processes but apart from that everything seems to be good.

All the staff I dealt with at Leaders, were friendly and efficient and made the whole process of moving painless!

From start to finish Leaders have been excellent. The agent who showed us the flat was knowledgeable, professional and gave wonderful customer service. All office staff have been very helpful. Special mention to the lady I have been in email correspondence with regarding maintenance issues as she quickly responds and has also been most helpful, again with excellent customer service. I have rented several properties in Brighton and my experience of Leaders has been far superior to the other companies I have rented through.
