Nothing to find a fault with service wise, apart from the fee every time we sign our lease again considering it's all done via email it's a bit steep.

Overall, very impressed with the service and certainly the most professional firm I have used. It helps to be a specialist in lettings and to have access to legal briefings. The only improvement I might suggest is the initial vetting of tenants (beyond the tick box approach of the credit agencies). It is important to assess their suitability by reference to their past record as a tenant not just their ability to pay.

I have dealt with your Hove office for several years and have always found the people to be polite, knowledgeable and very helpful, the service has always been of a high standard and the office has always been successful in finding me a tenant within a week or so of my flat becoming available, I would have no hesitation in recommending the service to anyone ( and have done so frequently). Considerate, Reliable, Efficient

I am POA for my brother. On the whole I am quite satisfied with the service provided. My queries are usually answered within a reasonable time. We have been very lucky with our tenants so far.

New tenant found quickly. Some confusion regarding cooker and fridge/freezer which new tenant thought were being provided but were not on site. As they were not on the previous tenants check-in list it seems that they were removed before they moved in. I cannot remember removing these items so suggest that a copy of the check-in list is sent to the landlord in future.

Great service right from the point of contacting with initial viewings all the way through to the letting and picking up keys Have recommended a few times to other people I know looking for properties to let!

I've found them to be responsive, understanding and intelligent. Can't fault the service so far.
