I've rented for 15 years. Dealt with so many estate agents, they have a reputation for a reason. Mann Country Lewisham, for example, were the worst in the world. Seriously, if that branch suddenly slipped down into the Earth's core and burned their entire staff alive, I would be rather tickled. I have never had a renting process as smooth as Leaders in Hove. Steve was particularly helpful. There were issues with the automated online forms, but the staff were very quick to ease my concerns and filled them in for me. Now I am in my new place, happy as Larry. I don't know who Larry is, but he sure is a lucky fella.
